Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Application
    These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all deliveries made by Imaginative Studios UG to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

  2. Contractual Partner

  3. Conclusion of Contract
    3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
    3.2 Customers may submit a binding offer to purchase via the online order form integrated into the seller's online shop. By completing the electronic order process and clicking the button that concludes the order, the customer makes a legally binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

  4. Right of Withdrawal
    4.1 If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes not attributable to your trade or independent professional activity), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
    4.2 If you exercise your right of withdrawal as per Section 4.1, you bear the regular costs of returning the goods.

  5. Withdrawal Policy
    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
    The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website (https://www.fastloveclothing.com). If you use this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) confirm receipt of your withdrawal.
    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
    Consequences of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
    We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
    You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
    You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
    You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  1. Prices
    5.1 The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

  2. Delivery
    6.1 Goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
    6.2 If the shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to the seller, the customer bears the costs for unsuccessful shipping, unless the customer is not responsible for the failed delivery.
    6.3 Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

  3. Payment
    7.1 Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the listed prices are total prices including VAT.
    7.2 For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs (e.g., transfer fees or import taxes) may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
    7.3 Payment options are communicated in the online shop.
    7.4 Payments via PayPal are processed under PayPal’s terms of use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full.

  4. Retention of Title
    The seller retains ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

  5. Liability for Defects
    9.1 The statutory defect liability provisions apply.
    9.2 For used goods, defect claims expire after one year, unless otherwise stated.
    9.3 Customers are encouraged to report obvious transport damages to the deliverer and notify the seller.

  6. Dispute Resolution
    10.1 The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
    10.2 The seller is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
